Dumpster Day date changed to March 3rd!!!

As the end of the year approaches, the Association has mailed out the annual dues notices.

The Annual Meeting of the Association was held Saturday, January 7, 2012

Dues continue to be remarkably low at $20 per single family residence or lot, and $7 for either a condo, or apartment,  Duplexes and similar multifamily structures are a multiple of $7.  The Association is pleased to report that we are currently returning to the community every cent received in dues payments.  The changes and improvements are quite visible!

The date for the Annual Clean-up Day, commonly called Dumpster Day has been changed to Saturday, March 3rd, 2012 (rain or shine).  Open to all residents or the Shores and Dunes.  However, dumpsters will ONLY be available along Mandalay Beach Road.  No commercial dumping nor hazardous materials nor electronics can be accepted.
